You may be happy to work with me without a time frame or any limit to the number of appointments we have, and to pay my normal rate of $160 per hour.
Appointments for individuals are typically 60 minutes long; appointments for couples are typically 90 minutes and cost $240.
Alternatively, you may feel better buying a package of sessions up front, and knowing exactly what you are getting into. There are some advantages to this:
- It costs you less overall
- Having a set time frame inspires clients to make big changes within the time that we are working together
- You are not limited to the package – we can continue to work on an as-you-go basis, or you can purchase another package of appointments if necessary
